Tucker Psychological Services has a mission to restore, refresh and reclaim individuals and
healthy families through our experience and compassionate approach. Our licensed professional counselors designed key strategies and tools to help our clients overcome behavioral and psychological barriers, life’s circumstances, and other crises that challenge their daily lives.
Kevin Tucker has lived in Gwinnett County since 1998. By 2009 Kevin earned a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services from Shorter University, a Master's Degree in Community Counseling from Argosy University, a Diploma in Marriage and Family Therapy and became a registered Licensed Professional Counselor. He began his counseling career with Comprehensive Counseling Solutions (CCS) as a clinical therapist. He continued his career at Northside Psychological Services providing in-home counseling for youth and adults. He conducted both individual and group sessions for C.O.R. E. (Comprehensive Offender Rehabilitation & Education). He also served as liaison for Metro Atlanta School System, Department of Juvenile Justice and Department of Family and Children Services. This experience granted him the opportunity to work with children and adolescents with behavior and psychological challenges, as well as, coaching teens and young adults to develop life skills to help them identify, cope and resolve life's daily issues. Kevin also has experience in mental health advocacy, program development and behavioral management.
Kevin is an active member of Victory World Church, where he serves as an Assistant Greeter Leader. Kevin highly believes in health and wellness. When he is not working he enjoys exercising, traveling to learn more about multi-cultural environments and diversity, mentoring teens, visiting art museums and watching football.
